SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME: 3–5 Business Days

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been packaged and shipped.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your package has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated in real time at checkout using live carrier rates. Your final shipping cost may vary based on destination, package size, package weight, carrier pricing, and the shipping service selected. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing payment — no surprises after checkout.

Local pickup is free where available.

Processing Time

Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days. Preorders have a 5–7 day processing window. Orders are filled first-come, first-served.

Delivery

Orders ship nationwide via USPS, typically arriving 2–7 business days after processing. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
