REFUND POLICY

Every batch of WhetChunks is hand-poured and made fresh to order. For that reason all sales are final — we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened or consumed products.

Arrived damaged? Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product and we'll replace it or refund the affected items.

Wrong item shipped? Email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Order not received? Track via the link in your confirmation email. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact the carrier first, then us.
